Hi 👋 the status of the Payment Intent is still in a requires_payment_methodstate, so it doesn't look like a payment was attempted.
But did you customer articulate how they attempted to pay? The Invoice seems to support push based payment methods as well, and there aren't really signals about those kind of inbound payments until the funds hit Stripe.
