Hmm I haven't seen "out of band" used the way we do in that reference section. Are you looking to mark the invoice as paid outside of Stripe? Or something else?
No this is specifically for the attach endpoint
The api reference suggests this is possible
Can you tell me more about what exactly you are trying to do?
And looking to paritally pay the invoice out of band. we got a partial payment outside of stripe and need a way to mark this. Sorry for not being clear!
