thanks! Stripe talked to the bank, and the bank refused the payment with invalid_amount error. note that the errors the bank return are not always accurate.
so next steps here is to either:

ask the customer to try again with a different payment method
or ask the customer to reach out to their bank to understand why that payment was declined

So, from my side, everything seems to be fine? it's just that the bank decided not to let this payment.
