hi! i might need your help translating each of these steps into stripe terms - what exactly are you doing on the Stripe side once merchants scan a QR code?

hi sorry i stepped away, to answer your question. say the payment ins $90, customer gets 3 QR codes, every time they go to the merchant they scan one and with every scan we the admins release $30 to the merchant
First we take 5% from the customer and 5% from the merchant then we do what I mentioned above

is this something your app is already doing? do you have any example stripe objects or request IDs related to the process that i can take a look at?
this all still feels fairly high level and i need specifics (e.g. what API you're calling, what payment method / funding source you're using etc) to help you out

it's a website for now not an app, but that's what we are trying to figure out how to do, we got the technical part down but we want to understand how Stripe works with these types of transactions

sorry, i'm still trying to figure out what types of transactions you're referring to 😅 that's where a specific example will help clarify things (for example, a request ID from a case where your website initiates one of these payments)
yes that would be great! if it's possible to get the developer to join the discord and ask these questions directly that would be preferable, we generally work directly with developers here
