๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
๐ This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1399839461285560511
๐ Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.
๐ Looking over your question ๐
To answer your first question, there isn't a penalty fee for going negative.
I suppose that might depend on the timing of the Webhook as their is some variablity on when it might land.
Hello Jumping in to help out here -- We explain what happens with destination charges + disputes flow here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/destination-charges?platform=web&ui=stripe-hosted#disputes
We debit the amount from the Platform account when the dispute occurs and refund it to Platform balance if the dispute is won.
We describe how negative balances work here in connect context, we may also utilize your reserve balance to offset the negative balance - https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-balances#accounting-for-negative-balances
