👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1399766922345578596

📝 Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hello,

We previously reached out about deprecating the Sources API. To minimize disruption to your business, we are allowing you to process ACH Credit Transfer payments using the Sources API until August 11, 2025.

To continue accepting ACH Credit Transfer after August 11, 2025 you will need to use the Payment Methods API and migrate all 'Sources' objects to 'PaymentMethod' objects.

How to update your integration:

Follow the instructions in our migration docs, and then add ACH Credit Transfer to your payment flow. You can use our tooling in the Stripe Dashboard to confirm that you have no remaining traffic on Sources once your migration is complete.

If you use Stripe via a third-party integration, please contact the developer to download their latest version. For more information about third-party integrations, please refer to this support article.

If you do not plan to migrate, we recommend that you remove ACH Credit Transfer from your checkout to avoid customer-facing errors.

We have compiled answers to common questions on our support page. For more dedicated support, please submit this contact form, or chat directly with our developers on our Discord server. We’re here to help.
