Hi there ๐ what API version are you using? Or do you have the request ID of an Invoice finalization request?
My suspicion is that you're doing this on a basil API version where payment_intent is no longer a field on Invoice objects.
https://docs.stripe.com/changelog/basil/2025-03-31/add-support-for-multiple-partial-payments-on-invoices#use-for-payment-element-integrations
I am using basil (99% sure). I am able to get a payment intent with this code:
def latest_payment_intent_for()
intent = Stripe::PaymentIntent.list({
customer: self.student.stripe_customer_id,
limit: 1
}).data.first
intent if intent&.status
end
Guessing this is the wrong way to go about it. Is InvoicePayment the new way of doing this?
