So, we've tried moving money directly from the Stripe account to the mentor's account, but that didn't work.
We also tried allowing all mentors to get a Stripe Connect account, which didn't work because we are in Nigeria and the majority of our mentors are Nigerians.
We also tried the Stripe payout api, but that still gave us issues
So the question is, what's our best option

The way our app works is
Users book a mentor and PAYIN -- We credit the mentor's account on our app -- Mentors need to withdraw their funds (USD) to their domiciliary account

if you want to send money to users, then you need to use Stripe connect and they need to have a Stripe account.
