Do you have an example Balance Transaction that you can provide? That will look like txn_123 - there are different types of Balance Transactions and not all would necessarily have a connection to a Customer. I assume you're thinking about Balance Transactions from a payment
Likely you want to be looking at the source parameter and then retrieve that
