So the first screenshot is the branding on the checkout session using on_behalf_of, which is correct. The second is the receipt, which is using our platform branding instead of the connected account's branding.

And you're certain that the Connected Account branding was set up before the receipt was sent, correct?
oh yeah, this account has been set up for a while.

Ah looks like this is a long running product behavior. You'd need to be granted access to a beta feature to send the receipt as the connected account.
I would suggest you reach out to our support about that. I'd recommend you create a support ticket and ask that you need to send payment receipts as the connected account. Support should be able to escalate the ticket to the right folks who can help
