I know its a Canadian account and it no longer supports ACH Direct Debit. My questions are below
- From when did the support stopped for the ACH
- Was the merchant informed about this change
- Will the previously added Direct Debit ACH continue to work? Example: customer ID: cus_OKtchNzRY7VOZ8

Since it was during checkout, we did not receive "ID_at_gateway"

I found the answer for this, the recurring payments for already saved ACH payment method is working. However, we are unable to add new ACH payment method
Can you focus on these two questions
