Step 2 verify your domain, but the part that tells me to copy these string with "custom-email-domain" is in the dashboard under the link I shared
My question is basically what should the DNS record be if the custom domain I added is example.com:
6tfnhxxxxxxxxxbridrid.dkim.custom-email-domain.stripe.com.6tfnhxxxxxxxxxbridrid.dkim.example.stripe.com.6tfnhxxxxxxxxxbridrid.dkim.example.com.stripe.com.- something else?

AWS, but I don't think that should make a difference to the values of the DNS records right?

custom-email-domain.stripe.com is our subdomain that handles this
so you need to copy the values as you see them in the dashboard settings
