Interesting, okay. Do you still see that same empty box on older quotes/quotes where you once saw that refresh/recurring icon?
Did this start happening recently?
Yeah, I've only spot checked. But my QA thought I broke something, so I scrolled back well before my last release and clicked around. I can't see any that have the refresh icon in my console.
Our last release would have been ~3 weeks ago - my QA had a pdf from then, and it was properly displaying the refresh icon.
So it looks like all PDFs were working, and now they're all not working, to be clear

Yep, okay. I can reproduce with a brand-new Quote. I see the same broken image/blank box if I download the PDF or if I download the PDF via the API
I'll flag this to our engineering team but likely won't have a resolution today. Do you mind following the steps in the DM you're about to receive? This will open a support case where we can follow-up over email
