i think what you're looking for is proration_behavior=always_invoice

https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/prorations#create-immediate-prorations

this will generate an immediate off-cycle invoice for the prorated changes

yes, its not an object attribute, its a request parameter

proration behaviour is not "sticky" on the subscription, it applies only to the changes produces by the request youre making

prorate on /cancel API is slightly different (doesnt have multiple possible behaviours) but yes, same idea
