You created an invoice and passed a customer id to it. That tells us to charge the customer's default payment method on file. However, that customer: cus_SWQJ1InkGlixC4 has no default payment method on file. So that's why the Invoice was not paid
You would need to update the customer and set their default payment method first: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customers/update#update_customer-invoice_settings-default_payment_method
