Hi! Can I get more details like which card did you use and if you also have the Checkout Session ID (starts with cs_) or the Payment Intent ID (starts with pi)?

Thanks! We have 2 types of webhooks: Account and Connect

Account webhooks are to listen for events on your own account.
Connect webhooks are to listen for events on your connected account.

The webhooks (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks) you currently have are Connect webhooks.

The Checkout Session you provided was created for your own account: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_oH5oB4lyJG5WYH So due to that you didn't get the checkout.session.completed event.
