Can you explain your use-case in a little more detail? How exactly you want this to behave?

Sure! So this is a recurring payment that the end user would be making.
For instance, we have billing frequency options of weekly and monthly.
We want to add another option where the end user would get billed a specific amount on the 1st and 15th of every month.
We rely on stripe subscriptions / billing.
