That does look like the correct 9 digit
Anecdotally I've never seen folks collect the full 9 digit, so I don't know offhand if this is expected
Have you seen other instances where collecting the full 9 digits works?
Seeing internally that 9 digits should be fine
So yeah looks to be an isolated incident from what I can tell
Our error message indicates the customer needs to talk to their card issuer
