Hi,
My goal is to send money to my customers using only their credit card information (16 digit).
I know it is not possible to do it natively with stripe but I know you have internal documentation to integrate Visa Direct and Mastercard Send in order to do it

hi! yes, i'm looking into our documentation to see if i can find a feature like this. our team on the discord server can only support public features unfortunately so there's nothing i can do to help you out here directly. i see that my colleague previously asked you to reach out to the support team around this, correct? they should be able to help you if we do have a private preview feature that you're eligible for

I think it was one of your colleague on discord that told me this integration is possible.
I am not finding the conversation to send a scrrenshot to the support. So I was asking again if you can check for internal documentation and confirm me that it does exist

can you explain more about what you're looking to do? in this context do you mean paying directly from one stripe account to another?

Ok I am looking to add on my e-commerce shop a A2A payment solution (Pay-by-Bank solution).
It means that the customer can make the checkout without using his credit/debit card but by using his bank account

  • Is it possible ?
  • Can I keep the bank account information ?

Is it clear ? Do not hesitate if you need further information..
