A Stripe account can only be connected to one platform. Unfortunately, your platform won't be able to access the Stripe account that is not connected to your platform. The only way is to have the old platform exporting the data, and migrate to the newly created connected account on your platform: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/migrate-subscriptions
