When testing with the card number 4545
Do you mean the 4242 4242 4242 4242 card, or a different test card? I am not familiar with a ...4545 test card.

ok, it looks like you only have a webhook endpoint configured for your connected account. you need to create a separate webhook endpoint for your main account to listen for that event type
