Your underlying subscription (sub_1Rdr3RQjTvCOQeYzAPA6oC5p) has two items with different intervals: one monthly, one yearly

You should discard the Dashboard request as it uses a totally different API to support newer features, like this, in a safe way

Do I have to change the billing mode of the subscription even in 2025-06-30, or will it just work if I change the version?

It'll just work if you change the version I think. The sub is already billing_mode:'flexible' hence why the Dashboard requests work – Dashboard set it by default now
