If so, is there any snippet code I can add to Stripe so that temporary fix this? All the new guest customer come from 1 IP

Okay the WOoCommerce plugin is explicitly creating these Customers in requests like this one: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_hB7MsLVydcVgZd

No, you need to understand why WooCommerce is making these requests. This isn't something inherent in Stripe. It's specifically a WooCommerce thing
