Hello!
To clarify point #1: I'd have to generate that page because customers start out with an empty ecommerce template, without any products. I'd have that page there initially, until customers cutomize their sites and fill it with their products, their own privacy policy, Terms of service, contact details, etc etc

I'm afraid I can't really help with this question (#1) - we focus on integration questions here and while I understand it is sort of adjacent, I can't comment on what Stripe finds acceptable for these onboarding requirements

As to whether you can prefill that field, (business_profile.url), you can provide it when you create the account
