hi there!
do you want to customize the content of the email Stripe sends?
if so, no you can't add any extra information to the emails.
so you would need to disable Stripe emails, and sent your own emails instead.

I am getting this button in the email template which redirects to Stripe customer portal and customer portal link is active>
I do not want that, instead I want to redirect to my application link.

The email subject line is something like this "Your receipt from <account_name> <invoice_id>"
hopefully this email is being sent after Invoice was finalised and payment successfully applied for a ongoinf subscription

got it. unfortunately you can't customize the content of that email
if you need to diable that email entirely to send your own, this is explained here: https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/send-email#stop-sending-customer-emails-for-successful-payments
I did find this setting, but not sure if it would apply to the email you want:

I do not want to modify the content of the email except the link of that button only. I am trying to follow the screenshot and it's associated link.
