In the API it says you must pass the transaction ID with prefix ipi_ but i cant find that ID anywhere on the dashboard on a payment/transaction?
Can you share the request ID where you encountered this error?

How can I create stripe disputes in the dashboard
To clarify, you don't create disputes, customers do. You respond to disputes you receive. What are you trying to do exactly?

Ah, i was going to mention the only way to "create" disputes is with the special test cards that create those automatically, yes
