hey there -- it depends on your business needs
If you need the payment amount authorized to process, then the auth & capture flow is likely what you want, but will limit the supported payment methods
If you dont need that authorized amount and can confirm later, then you'll be able to offer more payment methods for the payment that does not require manual capture
Both are valid, it depends on what you need
