YOu should check the balance transactino related to a payment:
https://docs.stripe.com/expand/use-cases#stripe-fee-for-payment

but we could not find these specific “Invoicing Starter” fees via this method.
Try checking the balance transaction of the related payment in order to see the type of the related fee

It's not payment fee , it;s stripe fee which not was related to any payment / invoice

Ah it's not related to a particular payment. You are referring to a Stripe Fee on your Account

I don't think there is a public API for fetching such information AFAIK. It should be available only in your Stripe Dashboard
