Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
so it would be expected to not be able to see those payment methods as they do have to be turned on in the Payment Method Configuration first before they would be visible.
It looks like both "Kakao Pay" and "Naver Pay" require a business category to be enabled and you haven't provided business details for the account yet.
Are those details in the Settings > Account settings > Business?
Thank you - filling out now...
Once you provide a "business category" it should become available. Though I don't have explicit details on what business categories they support.
We're specialized on the integration aspect of things where our support team https://support.stripe.com/ (right hand side at the bottom of the list) should be able to break that down into a list of supported categories for those payment methods
This is a test account - I dont have / or want to submit real bank account information
Is there something else I can enter?
that part shouldn't be needed
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/business-details
if you go here do there should be a "Business Details" section at the top with an edit button on the right where you can provide an industry
If you hover over the "additional information required" area in the Payment Method Configuration page it mentions it is the business category that it's hung up on.
Apologizes, was replying to another user.
The pending status is on the Payment Method providers end, not with Stripe.
Most payment methods can be enabled fairly quickly. I have no experience with those two however. Approval is likely higher the more complete information you can provide.
We're generally focused on the API and programming side of things here in this discord. Our support team is generally more knowledgable about the account verification process.
Got it - much appreciated
Thank you for the help - I'll see what I can do on this side...
