๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
๐ This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1390661768728281180

Can you share a screenshot of the Dashboard UI you're referring to?
sure
hi! I'm taking over this thread.
here the identity verification status says verified
and nowhere on the response does have any field that says "verified"
the status: verified you see is a dashboard only feature. if you look at the API object, it won't contain that information.
instead, you need to look at the requirement of the account. this is explained in detail here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/handling-api-verification#determine-if-verification-is-needed
For additional info, i was uploading this image as document
i was uploading this image as front and back image of national id
strange thing is , what i recieved on my end and what is there in the logs page is different , let me show you...
this is the response i have recieved on my end
it doesn't mention any requirments on individual info
it doesn't mention any requirments on individual info
so what's the issue?
the problem is that i am not being able to test to verify user's document. I am using the success image above to verify an account's identity document but its not verifying that accounts identity...
I don't get the issue sorry. you said the account has no outsanding requirements, so it means the account is already verified.
Can i get back to you in a while?
sure! note that Discord threads can be closed due to innactivity, but feel free to reopene a new one if needed.
Thank you so much, i will be able to open this even if its closed right?
if by "open" you mean "read/access", then yes
we don't delete the threads, so you can always access them.
and we can reopen the thread to continue the discussin?
strangely now the status of the verification is successful
no you can't reopen a closed thread. you'll need to start a new one.
