if i create a subsc from my app, and the payment is declined, the subsc is not active. How can i update thestatus once the client has paid his overdue?

The status updates automatically once we receive successful payment.
You cannot directly update the status

If that PI is related to the Invoice that is outstanding, paying it will update the Subscription status
