It contains general descriptions of what each type represents. You will need to identify what best corresponds to the France specific business types.

Hello, I already saw this document, but these are general documentation, nit specific to french market. For example I tried to use private_partnership for companies registered as SAS in France but I received an error from Stripe API indicating that this is not an authorized structure for FR.
I tried with private_corporation and it seems to be accepted, but i'm not sure on which stripe company.structure I should use for which french company structure
This is why I was wondering if it exists somewhere a document indicating for each french business structire which stripe company structure should be used
