I logged in with a Canadian test account before, but when I switched to the United States, the login interface did not pop up and an error message appeared. How should I deal with this? Should I clear the cache?

What specific Stripe integration are you using? Most likely you will need to clear the cache but the logging into Klarna accounts occurs outside of Stripe code (it's a redirect to the Klarna site).
And have you tried clearing your cache? It seems like the issue is the account you are logged into with Klarna and not Stripe
Which is the component that pops up from the SDK? I don't know how to clean the cache
It's a webview that loads the Klarna page. Let me do some digging

Hmmm... unfortunately I don't see any information pertaining to authorizing with Klarna. Just that this Intent required additional action and then it failed
