Hw are you accepting funds? Do you have a record of a payment you received?
I don't understand the question.
You are trying to send funds to a Connected Account. You do not have enough funds in your available balance. How are you getting funds into your Platform balance?
The customer has successfully made a purchase and paid
Okay that charge, how did you create it?
As you can see in that screenshot, your available balance is negative. The funds you received are not yet available so you cannot transfer them to the Connected Account
What is the "it" in your question?
Why is it not available and why is it not transfer to the Connect Account?

Funds are not available immediately.
This is a core part of your Stripe balance. You can read about it here: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/balances
But what I think you want is a specific funds flow we call: Separate Charges & Transfers
In this funds flow, the Platform collects payment from a Customer and then Transfers some or all of those funds to a Connected Account. This does not make funds available immediately but there are approaches you can use to make this easier. You can read about it here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers
