Based on the firmware version I believe you are using WisePad 3, and it's latest version is 4.01.00.48

So WPC32.01-41041 maps to firmware version 4.01.00.41
The firmware version is very old, You'll need to upgrade it to the latest version first

I'm stepping in as my colleague needs to go.
The WisePad 3 has no direct connection to the internet so it can only update it's firmware by connecting to your integration.
