I am trying to fetch a subscription id associated with a charge ID? This was possible before using invoice object on charge object, but with the newer api version, it doesn't work.

So you want to expand the payment_intent when you retrieve the Charge. Then you are going to take that PaymentIntent ID and list Invoice Payments for that PaymentIntent using https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoice-payment/list?api-version=2025-06-30.basil#list_invoice_payments-payment-payment_intent and expand invoice when you do that. Then you can get the Subscription ID from that expanded Invoice.
