Sounds like you're describing the minimum amount? And yes there's a min for card payments. It varies by presentment currency: https://docs.stripe.com/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts

I just want to take payment from the client in case when the orderTotal is like 0.10, something like this

so Does it possible ? even there is Only Credit card as the single option for the payment

That's not supported on Stripe today

Yes, most PMs (including cards) adhere to the min payment amounts I shared
