PromptPay is a payment method that's only available for business in Thailand https://docs.stripe.com/payments/promptpay, but your Stripe account isn't based in Thailand and that's why it can't accept PromptPay payments.

How can I fixed that?
Many of our customer is in Thailand, can we find a way out for this?

hi @lofty totem, this payment method requires the Stripe account to be based in Thailand. There's no work around for this. I would recommend offering other payment methods options that are available to your Stripe account and also to customers in Thailand

still cannot see Paypal listed on my account

@lofty totem I can see that your Stripe account is based in HK. Stripe account based in HK does not have access to PayPal: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paypal
