I can't see a URL or the screen recording. Are there any errors in the browser console? On the page where you try to mount Payment Element

I'd also work through the requirements listed here and ensure your integration and devices meet them all

FWIW, I see a 'Buy with Apple Pay' on that page. I can't recreate the exact flow in your recording as all the 'buy local' options I see have no stock

Can you confirm the top and bottom level domains that you registered in your Stripe account for this site? I don't think they're correct.
