๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1387915051163324497

๐Ÿ“ Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

I would love some help figuring out whether the api key actually isnt valid, or if it's another issue (eg related to IP restrictions)

hi there - could you give me the account id the key belongs to? That will look like acct_abc123

Account ID acct_1Nks8ABx9TY5t4tF

The recent requests I see have an error message that explicitly points at the key's permissions, but they're also using a different key

#

Could you give me the exact request id you're looking at?

#

I dont have it because of the setup ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I cant get the request ID from where I am and it's difficult to add logging

#

what i can do is re-trigger the request

#

eg. it should be the exact latest request on the account right this minute - that has been reproduced

The last requests I see are about 20 minutes ago

#

but let me take a deeper look

polar talon
#

yeah same i dont see it in the request log

#

I can try to rotate the key and re-trigger, but i am almost certain i pasted the key in correctly

#

okay, nevermind, actually now it works. Idk what happened, the key was correct

#

How strange

#

Seems like the key had the correct permissions for accessing identity verification results
