Gotcha, you can't change that text. However, you can add text above that via the custom_text.after_submit parameter if you create the Payment Link via the API: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-link/create?api-version=2025-01-27.acacia#create_payment_link-custom_text-after_submit

Ah also just to be clear you can hide the pre-set text there and use only the custom_text. You would hide the pre-set text via consent_collection.payment_method_reuse_agreement.position: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-link/create?api-version=2025-01-27.acacia#create_payment_link-consent_collection-payment_method_reuse_agreement-position

These things can only be done via the API so if you aren't a developer then you will need to hire a developer to help you with this. We list recommended partners at https://stripe.partners/
