Hey there, unfortunately not, this functionality is Dashboard only. You can't pass additional emails via the API.
I can add your interest in this as feedback though, so we can evaluate offering this in future.

Is there a recommended workaround? we have 10s of thousands of customer records that require storing multiple emails
