Was just saying that i'm stuck on the stripe connect activation. I am doing everything in sandbox, but the last step on the test connect is not working. I see always that the account acct_...has no balance

I'm not really familiar with that Dashboard flow/UI. I'd recommend getting help from support as we only really help with API/code questions here
