I also have some other questions around API and webhooks.
If I have an active subscription at level 5 where level 5 costs say $250/mo and I downgrade to level 2 which costs $50/mo. I am not seeing the invoice webhooks being sent because of the credit on the Customer due to proration. I need clarification on how to handle the cycling of this subscription every month and what webhooks are sent and if there is anything I should be looking at in the payload to indcate the credit balance on the customer and that their CC was not charged.
Another question I have is with taxes, I am noticing I am getting back Tax rate information on the Subscriptions however in the Stripe dashboard it is showing that the tax was not collected what could I examine in the objects that indicates that the Country my Stripe account is in is not able to collect taxes for and is there a way to view the list of countries that our Stripe account will collect taxes on Digital Services on?

Can you share the specific example where you do not the event? What event did you expect vs. what are you seeing exactly? Can you add way more deatils here please?

So I just want to make sure I get the details right I am going to setup a new test customer and perform the steps in my apps interface so I can share ids of events etc.. Will ping back once I have that done thanks.
