you need to pass the meter ID and a customer ID

where do you get the meter ID?

because during creation it asks for the event_name alone

you get it back when you create the Meter object.

then you can find the ID in teh Dashboard, or you can use the API to list all Meters and their IDs: https://docs.stripe.com/api/billing/meter/list?api-version=2024-09-30.acacia&lang=python
