Yeah that's a dashboard feature only, there isn't a public endpoint for that
Is there an endpoint (or recommended approach) to retrieve a connected account’s cumulative processing volume without having to manually sum every charge or balance transaction?
Yes, you can use Stripe API reports to get all the transaction if you want
