What you're doing doesn't make sense / isn't supported, as far as i know

You platform account id is the "destination" in this context

You can't using that payment/charge as a source transaction for some other transfer to a connected account
I see. Can I raise this as a feature request? At the moment there doesn't seem to be another way to debit one Connect account to a platform, and then transfer it to another Connect account. Do you know another way that this can be achieved?

Without a source transaction, you'd need to have available platform balance to fund a transfer to a connected account.
