Ah okay sorry you are looking for the client_reference_id which is only associated with the Checkout Session itself: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/object?api-version=2025-05-28.basil#checkout_session_object-client_reference_id

So yeah instead of using Payment Intent Succeded you want to use Checkout Session Completed
