What type of Connect payments are you doing?

Hi

A bit of background: we have medical application used by clinicians. (React and Node). Clinics will send invoices to patients containing payment links. Patients can also pay in person using terminal. We need a table that displays payments received.

#

It doesn't make sense to me that only the payees email address can be shown.

#

That doesn't really answer my question. Sounds like direct charges maybe?

#

Imagine if the customers name was James Bond; they could have any email address e.g. hfgjksdahgkjhdf@mail.com, so how would the clinic know which people had paid

#

"That doesn't really answer my question. Sounds like direct charges maybe?" yes, direct charge

#

I think they can click into the payment from the table for more details, right?

#

Is there definitely not a way to display the payees name in the table? Maybe i'm missing something, but to us it seems a massive oversight

#

But unfortunately what you want to do today is not supported. I'll relay feedback to the product team

wind harbor
#

that would mean the clinic user would have to click on every payment to find out who had paid and who hasn't

#

ok, thanks. It seems a shame, because the other components seem good. But not displaying the names of whose paid and who hasn't renders this component useless.

I do tend to agree, and can see similar feedback requests from other users. I've logged yours alongside that
