It has happened when filling out the 2FA OTP, and also it just happened again when verifying my phone number

I went here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account and clicked "Verify now" under "Phone verification". Then I filled in my phone number, it sent an OTP to my phone number and I typed the wrong character. Then I couldn't delete it without refreshing and starting again.
